Read: Jeremiah 31:31-34; Exodus 12:1-28; 1 Corinthians 11:17-34

Sermon: 1 Corinthians 11:17-34

How did Jesus establish the New Covenant?

When God spoke of the New Covenant, what did he promise?

The Lord’s Supper is a celebration of how Jesus established the New Covenant. Whenever we do this, we must remember.

The New Covenant is what creates and shapes church life.

A church is a group of people who are bound together because of the New Covenant (although much more can and must be said about what a church is). Therefore these people are themselves bound together in covenantal fellowship.
